Conversions
Rollers are usually only rebuilt when problems occur. The following problems could be:
- At the PM the capacity was increased, the roller cutter can no longer follow
- New types of paper are produced, and reeling problems occur on the reel cutter
- Defective components can no longer be supplied (in particular, control, hydraulics, pneumatics, ....)
- Improvements in workflow or efficiency are required
- New requirements for the roll geometry (larger, wider, ....)
Depending on the extent of the conversion, we can design and supply it ourselves. Larger conversions will then be carried out together with our partners.
