Maintenance and service
For your reel cutter, we take over the maintenance and service, be it in regular maintenance intervals, during your planned stoppages or frequently even in the case of short-term problems.
Theoretically we can do this with all reel cutters, but our main focus is on the following machines and conversions due to history:
- Conversions and modernizations carried out by Beloit and Beloit Lenox GmbH
- Conversions and modernizations carried out by Rollteck GmbH
- Roll cutter from Beloit and Lenox, especially on the European continent
- Roll cutters from Hanssen (France) such as BRP1, BRP2, BRP3
- Roll cutter from Rollteck GmbH, in particular arcus, ortho and centro
In particular, we are able to maintain and keep the special Beloit technologies running.
These are:
AutoTrim
The automatic knife positioning system was sold by Beloit and Rollteck in particular. Due to the robust and long-lasting construction, many of the more than 200 cutting stations supplied as a new installation are still in operation.
CTE-Roller
The roller is often referred to as a Lenox roller. CTE is the abbreviation of "Cross-Tension-Equalizing". A roller that compensates for the trajectory transients caused by profile differences in the paper. Of these rolls, nearly 100 pieces, in particular from Beloit, were delivered. On some of these rollers we make regular service and thus ensure the function.
Articulating Rider Roll
This "segmented load roller with individual NIP compensation" was a product of Beloit and Rollteck. This roller was sold by the year 2000 by Beloit mainly in the Far East and the USA. A number of installations are still in operation in Europe. We can ensure that this load roller will continue to work.
